Our skip trace tool helps you find current contact information for property owners, tenants, or leads. Each search uses one credit (credits vary by plan). This is incredibly useful for finding delinquent owners, reaching tenants before eviction, or connecting with potential buyers or sellers.
The Vault is your secure document storage system. Upload contracts, deeds, inspection reports, insurance policies, tenant applications, and any other important files. Documents can be organized by property and type, making it easy to find what you need when you need it.
Absolutely! NEXUS supports flip, hold, wholesale, and rent-to-own strategies. Each property can be tagged with its strategy, and the dashboard provides insights specific to each type of investment.
The Pipeline is a Kanban-style board for managing maintenance tickets, leasing activities, and referral workflows. You can drag cards between stages (Intake, In Progress, Resolved), filter by priority, and assign team members to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Before your trial ends, you'll be prompted to choose a plan. If you don't subscribe, your account will be downgraded to a read-only state—you won't lose your data, but you won't be able to add new properties or use certain features until you subscribe.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you'll be charged a prorated amount. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. You can also pay via ACH bank transfer on annual plans.
